Within the Health Pilar , we have a fully functional Polyclinic called “Policlínica Carlos Morales Troncoso” with the objective of offering primary health care services and dental care services of the best quality and very low cost to the community of Ciudad Santa María and La Otra Banda. For this project, we have strategic alliances with:
·      Fundación Divino Niño (from whom we receive monthly donations of medication for our patients)
·      PUCMM (advisors in hospital management and community health census)
Within the Self-Sustainability Pilar, we have the following projects:
1.     Woman Textile Cooperative of CISAMA: is a group of churchwoman and mothers of our kids who have dedicated a whole year to the learning of the fine art of confectioning home and baby linens. This project comes to life as a way of helping these women become and active partner in their home finances.

Within the Education Pilar, we have 4 schools and learning areas for students, classified by age groups:
1.     Estancia Santa María: kids are received at 45 days old in a nursery/daycare/preschool complex. In this section we have strategic alliances with:
·      Tesorería Seguridad Social (TSS)
·      Instituto Dominicano Seguro Social (IDSS)
·      Ministerio de Educación (MINERD)
·      Synergies Cares Foundation
·      Fundación Voluntariado CISAMA
2.     Escuela Primaria Francisco Arias: kids are received at 5 years old in preschool grade and leave at age 12. In this section we have strategic alliances with:
·      USAID LEER (in alphabetizing students)
·      Nosotras (raising awareness on hygene and the correct use of personal products among kids)
·      PROMESE (donation of medication)
·      PUCMM (in-site dentistry evaluation and treatment)
·      ISA (Teacher’s workshops)
3.     Liceo Hermana Josefina Serrano and Instituto de Formación Técnica Ramón Edilio Checo: kids are received at 12 years old in middle school and leave at age 18 with a high school diploma with a vocational education in computer science, nursing, or public administration. In this section we have strategic alliances with:

·      Instituto Superior Agronomía (ISA) (internship programs for educational careers)
·      US Embassy through Centro Cultural Dominico Americano (CCDA) Microscholarship program for Community Access
